It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. Article 3 — Retention period Data submitted via the contact form is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, in line with CNIL recommendations for prospect management. Article 4 — Processors and data transfers To operate the site and handle enquiries, VeroLab uses the following providers: • Vercel Inc. — Website hosting — United States (transfer covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses) • Namecheap / Private Email — Receipt of contact form messages — United States (transfer covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses) • Google LLC (GA4) — Anonymised audience measurement — United States (transfer covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses) Transfers outside the EU are subject to appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (Articles 46 et seq.). Article 5 — Google Analytics (GA4) This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure audience and improve the user experience. GA4 collects anonymised browsing data (pages visited, duration, traffic source) via cookies. No data that personally identifies a visitor is sent to Google.
